Shipping Policy

We have 2 warehouses, 1 on the east coast (Toronto) and the other on the west coast (Vancouver) so last-mile delivery times vary by distance. The time you place your order effects the shipping time as our warehouse prepares the shipment and hands it off to our last mile delivery partners at 12pm EST everyday so if orders are received after, then they will ship out of the warehouse the next day. 

Note that items listed as "pre-order" is excluded from the estimated delivery dates below. Please refer to the specific product page for more information regarding the delivery time of your pre-order.

Greater Toronto Area: 2 business days
Greater Montreal Area: 2 business days
Greater Vancouver Area: 2 business days
Alberta: 2-3 business days
Ontario: 2-3 business days
Quebec: 2-3 business days
British Columbia: 2-3 business days
Eastern Canada: 3-4 business days
Saskatchewan & Manitoba: 2-3 business days

United States

Northeast: 2-3 business days
West: 2-4 business days
Midwest: 2-4 business days
Southeast: 3-4 business days
Southwest: 3-4 business days

Tracking numbers will be sent out within 1-2 business days of the placed order

Please note that during the weekends and holiday season shipments may be delayed an additional 2 to 4 days. After your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation. Should that confirmation have any incorrect information please contact us at: happy@risedesk.io

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

After completing your checkout, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. After the order is processed in the next 1-2 business days, you will receive the tracking number with Canpar or UPS which will let you know when to expect the package to arrive. Customs, Duties, and Tax

If there are any duties, customs, or taxes, we will cover those charges. Please emailhappy@risedesk.iothe receipt and we will refund you the difference.

Damages

Should your order arrive damaged or broken then please take several photos of the broken item with its container and email them to happy@risedesk.iofor next steps in the refund/return policy.

International Shipping Policy

As of now Rise only ships to Canada and the Continental United States. If you currently live outside these regions and wish to order from our store please contact us at happy@risedesk.io
