We have 2 warehouses, 1 on the east coast (Toronto) and the other on the west coast (Vancouver) so last-mile delivery times vary by distance. The time you place your order effects the shipping time as our warehouse prepares the shipment and hands it off to our last mile delivery partners at 12pm EST everyday so if orders are received after, then they will ship out of the warehouse the next day.
Note that items listed as "pre-order" is excluded from the estimated delivery dates below. Please refer to the specific product page for more information regarding the delivery time of your pre-order.
Tracking numbers will be sent out within 1-2 business days of the placed order

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
After completing your checkout, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. After the order is processed in the next 1-2 business days, you will receive the tracking number with UPS or Fedex which will let you know when to expect the package to arrive. Customs, Duties, and Tax
If there are any duties, customs, or taxes, we will cover those charges. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org the receipt and we will refund you the difference.
Should your order arrive damaged or broken then please take several photos of the broken item with its container and email them to email@example.com for next steps in the refund/return policy.
