30-day risk-free trial policy on all products

Guaranteed. No questions asked. We’re so confident that you’ll love working with our standing desks that you can return your desk, free of charge for 30 days. If you don't love it, we'll take it back and refund 100% of your money. Please contact happy@risedesk.io within 30 days and we will issue a refund and return.

 

To be eligible for a return, the desk needs to be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, or its equivalent. Please note that there’s always a risk that the desk gets damaged during shipping. Take pictures of the product (in and out of the packaging) before shipping it back with a carrier. In the case of damage is done during shipping, we will be able to be 100% sure that the damage occurred during shipping.

To start a return, you can contact us at happy@risedesk.io. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
